1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CrewGalley ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CrewGalley is a mobile application designed for airline crew members to:
- Manage in-flight galley inventory
- Track equipment and supplies
- Report post-flight inventory levels
- Document equipment issues and discrepancies
- Access aircraft galley maps and configurations
3. User Eligibility
Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must be an authorized airline crew member
- You must have valid employment credentials
- You must comply with airline policies and regulations
Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One account per person
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You AGREE to:
- Use the App for legitimate crew operations only
- Provide accurate inventory and flight data
- Report issues truthfully and promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Comply with all applicable aviation regulations
You AGREE NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Enter false or misleading information
- Attempt to access unauthorized features or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Interfere with other users' access to the App
- Violate any airline policies or procedures
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership
- CrewGalley and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us
- All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property or our licensors
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and install the App on authorized devices
- Use the App for its intended operational purposes
- Access content and features available to your account level
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of data
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
- Any errors or omissions in content or data
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
9. Professional Use
Important Notice
- CrewGalley is a tool to assist with inventory management
- It does not replace official airline procedures or reporting systems
- Users are responsible for compliance with airline policies
- Final inventory accountability remains with crew members and airlines
- Always follow your airline's official procedures and protocols
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Add or remove features
- Update these Terms
- Change pricing or subscription models (if applicable)
We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You provide false information
- Your airline employment ends
- We cease operations
- Required by law or regulation
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and data
- Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your violation of third-party rights
13. Changes to Terms

BY USING CREWGALLEY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
